This single-origin coffee comes from Ethiopia, specifically the village of Chelchelie in the Gedeb region, grown at an altitude of over 2,050 meters. It is a coffee crafted from heirloom varieties grown on plots surrounding the home of Almaz Teklu—a mother of five—and is made crystal-clear through a 36-hour fermentation process and careful washed processing. In the cup, it reveals the freshness of lime and the vibrant fruitiness of ripe mango and pomegranate, with an elegant acidity and a clean finish. A true Ethiopian classic that shows its best side when brewed as a pour-over.Data:

Who are we?
Kitti és Beni. Kávérajongók – akár csak Te. Kitti was the first person to really get hooked on coffee, and she got me hooked too—with a sour, interesting, but memorable cup of black coffee sometime in 2018. Curiosity quickly turned into passion, then learning and work. Today, Kitti is the chief taster and creative director, while I roast, package, and plan—and every day we work to ensure that our coffees are an enjoyable experience for those who are trying them for the first time, as well as for our long-time fans.
